Sometimes incidents happen and you just need to keep a cool head. It is tempting to shout and remonstrate but I always find a cool head is the best solution in even the most exacting situations.
Not that my passengers really misbehave but on occasion acting in a calm manner can difuse any potential teeny explosions.
